Effective immediately, Missouri Water Polo Inc. (MWP) is offering scholarships to play club water polo for the summer of 2012.  Each of the four active area clubs (Daisy, Jungle Cat, Mad Dog, and SLAP) will be allotted three $200 scholarships for individual athletes that need assistance with either club dues or travelling expenses.  Applicants must be 18 or under and playing for one of the four active area clubs.  Applications must be submitted to the Board of MWP by the athlete’s club coach with the coach’s signature and each club may only submit three applications.  The application can be found here (https://www.mowaterpolo.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Scholarship-Application-2012.pdf) and must be submitted to the Board by July 1st.  All sincere and complete applications will be approved and the scholarships will be paid directly to the club for distribution.
